Billing & payments

At Vitalaunch, we’ve made our payout system simple and transparent! We partner with Stripe as our payment processor. Once you create your Vitalaunch account, Stripe will ask for some details to set up your dashboard, where you’ll receive payments directly from your customers.

Here’s how it works:

  1. You make a sale: Payments go straight to your Stripe account.
  2. Stripe takes care of fees: They deduct their processing fee from your account and transfer product fees, shipping, and label costs to Vitalaunch.
  3. You keep control: Vitalaunch doesn’t withdraw anything from your bank or card.

This setup ensures you have full control over your funds at all times. Easy, right?

At Vitalaunch, we’re all about empowering entrepreneurs! With our platform, you can set your own profit margins because we offer low-cost products with no minimum order quantities (MOQs) and an On Demand business model.

No, shipping isn’t included in the product prices you see in the catalog. But don’t worry! At Vitalaunch, we’ve negotiated special rates with two major shipping companies to get you the best deals. Your customers can choose the shipping option that suits them best based on their location.

Shipping fees are separate but are processed in the same transaction as the product fee—and remember, Vitalaunch only collects money after you’ve made a sale!

No, Vitalaunch doesn’t charge extra credit card fees! We use Stripe as our payment processor, so any card-related fees are handled directly by Stripe. They have their own standard platform fees, and there are no additional charges on our end for the payment method your client chooses.
